At the heart of Refresh is Blair Mammoliti, CEO — a dedicated entrepreneur whose lifelong passion for health and fitness inspired an entire brand. A former lacrosse player turned bodybuilding champion, Blair’s commitment to wellness is more than a philosophy — it's a way of life. After taking first place in her debut bodybuilding competition in 2016, she knew her future would be rooted in promoting health and balance.

In 2018, Blair opened her first business on Park Avenue in Rochester, NY, focusing on nutritious, high-quality offerings that quickly captured the attention of the community. As demand grew, she expanded into Greece and Fairport, NY, while continuously innovating — from crafting her own granola recipe to launching curbside pickup and mobile ordering during the pandemic.

Today, Blair leads the brand’s growth with a vision that blends style, simplicity, and a strong sense of purpose. But she’s not doing it alone. Behind Refresh is a passionate and growing team supporting everything from operations and training to marketing and product development.
