Built on a lifelong commitment to wellness
At the heart of Refresh is Founder and CEO Blair Mammoliti, whose passion for health and fitness inspired the brand. After winning first place in her first bodybuilding competition in 2016, Blair knew she wanted to build a business centered on wellness, balance, and community.
In 2018, she opened the first Refresh location on Park Avenue in Rochester, New York. Her commitment to fresh, high-quality food quickly earned a loyal following. As demand grew, she expanded to Greece and Fairport while continuing to innovate with offerings like her signature granola, curbside pickup, and mobile ordering.
Today, Blair leads Refresh with a clear vision focused on quality, simplicity, and growth. Together with her team, she is committed to supporting every franchise owner and bringing the Refresh experience to communities across the country.
